About SafeVoice
A secure, private place to document what happened to you, keep your evidence together, understand the patterns, and reach the right help — on your terms.
SafeVoice is a secure, AI-powered platform built to help people document sensitive incidents — bullying, harassment, verbal or physical abuse, discrimination, threatening behaviour and domestic abuse — and turn those records into clear, professional reports. Every incident is captured with structured detail: what happened, when and where, who was involved, any witnesses, the emotional impact, and supporting evidence such as photos, screenshots, audio or documents. Records are private to your account, so you stay in control of your own story.
Beyond simple note-keeping, SafeVoice uses AI to help you see the bigger picture. As your records build up, the app highlights patterns in frequency, severity and recurring themes, helping you recognise escalation and make informed decisions about whether and how to report. When you are ready, you can generate structured reports suitable for employers, schools, safeguarding leads or the authorities, and export or share them securely. A confidential AI assistant is also on hand to answer questions about your records in plain language.
SafeVoice is for anyone who needs to document and evidence difficult experiences — from a young person dealing with bullying and an employee facing workplace harassment, to someone living with domestic abuse or anyone supporting a friend or family member through it. Because reaching help should never depend on being logged in, the app also provides a public, location-aware emergency directory that puts the right crisis numbers one tap away, with no account required.
SafeVoice is built and maintained by the SafeVoice team, a small group committed to making incident documentation calmer, safer and more empowering for the people who need it. We design around dignity and accessibility first, keep your data private by default, and reinvest optional community donations into keeping the app running and supporting mental-health charities. SafeVoice is a recording and support-navigation tool — it does not replace emergency services or professional advice, and it is not an emergency service itself.
